How to Convert Multiple Images into One PDF

Whether you are sending a set of receipts, a scanned contract, or a photo album, combining several images into one PDF is much tidier than sending them as separate files. The main thing to get right is the page order.

Selecting and ordering your images

Select all your images at once, either by dragging them onto the page or choosing them from a file picker u2014 you do not need to add them one at a time. Each image appears as its own card with a number, its file name, and a handle for reordering.

Drag a card by its handle to move it, or use the left and right arrow buttons if you prefer not to drag. The order shown on screen is exactly the order the pages will appear in your PDF.

One setting for every page

The page size, orientation, image fit and margin settings apply to the whole PDF, not per image, so pick the combination that suits most of your pages. If your images are a mix of tall and wide, Auto orientation lets each page rotate to match its own image.
